Project Description

Glen/Mar was responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation and formal report with repair recommendations for the current condition of the exterior siding which consists largely of ceramic tile with some metal paneling.  The recommended repairs were: replacement of all damaged bull nose tile; replacement of all grout with silicone sealant; repair cracked field tile by means of an epoxy injection process and install new parapet flashing over existing flashing and tile backed parapet walls.
