Project Description

This complex was specifically designed and built to provide affordable housing to individuals and families with a wide range of disabilities. This was new 3-story, 24,000 SF apartment complex, with 24-units, consisting of studio, 1 & 2-bedroom units were fully ADA accessible.  Additionally, a community kitchen with commercial appliances, laundry facilities along with a business center and activities room were also part of the 3-story building.  The activities room included ADA accessible aerobic and weightlifting equipment.
