Project Description

Work requires seismic upgrades throughout building 11, consisting of converting existing walls in patient rooms to shear walls and coordinating the work around existing med gas lines; seismic bracing for mechanical piping and equipment, creating new 2” seismic joints at specified areas through the building; numerous seismic hold downs; seismic upgrade to acoustical ceilings; and subsequent repairs to all finishes.
