Project Description

Glen/Mar was selected through an SDVOSB RFP, performance based solicitation process.  The process required a cost proposal along with a technical proposal that consisted of past performance, key personnel and management approach. The scope of work consists of the complete renovation of approximately 10,000SF of existing hospital clinic space to support the expansion of the Primary Care Clinic to create 22 new exam rooms.  The effort is concentrated in three separate areas and as such requires coordinated phasing.
