Project Description

Over the course of a 3-year period, Glen/Mar constructed multiple new assisted living facilities for the Developmentally Disabled. These buildings were single-story and ranged from 3,000 – 4,500SF in size. Each facility is ADA accessible and hardened in order to withstand heavy abuse.  All windows were fully tempered and all exterior and interior walls were ply-wood sheeted, drywall/plastered and then clad with Fiberglass Reinforced Paneling (FRP).  To highlight Glen/Mar’s capabilities, the final 2 facilities were awarded to Glen/Mar due to the fast track requirement of a 90 day, concurrent, construction schedule in the middle of winter.  Not only did Glen/Mar meet the schedule on both buildings but completed them in 57 days, once the foundations were in place.
