Project Description

Glen/Mar was awarded the contract to replace approximately 30,000 square feet of tile roofing, and to reframe existing dormers to receive new custom metal louvers providing much needed attic ventilation. Additional work included the removal and replacement of copper flashing, steel handrails, HVAC units, and misc. trim work to match the existing architectural features of the dormers.
